TO SHAMPOO
Apply shampoo to the top of your head and, using a gentle, stroking motion, work the shampoo from top to bottom. Rinse using the same technique.

TO CONDITION
Start from the middle of the hair to the end using the same gentle stroking motion. Comb through with a wide toothed pick comb, then rinse. Do not get conditioner near the connection point this will make the extension slip.

TO DRY
Towel dry your hair using a blotting motion. DO NOT RUB! Use a 100% boar bristle brush when drying your hair never use a brush with plastic bristles.

TO STYLE
Start brushing your hair from the ends to the top DO NOT brush through tangles, use your fingers to seperate your hair. Use a good spray on de-tangler or leave in conditioner, comb through with a wide toothed comb.

TO SLEEP
Some people experience mild discomfort as they adjust to having extensions. This should be minimal and generally only lasts a day or two. To reduce tangling and discomfort wear your hair in a pony tail while sleeping

Some extensions are falling out. What should I do?
Over time, there will be loss of some extensions. This is normal. We lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day as part of our natural shedding process. Some of those hairs will have extensions attached to them. Over time, some extensions will naturally loosen and come out.
